A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO ORDERING

1. INSPIRE

Let’s get acquainted! We will start with a complimentary consult with our creative director to chat about what moves & inspires you as well as specifics about the scope of the project. Once we understand your needs and vision, we will provide a custom quote and contract for you to sign digitally. The design phase will begin as soon as a 50% deposit is received. We accept payment via Chase Quickpay, Check, Cash or Paypal.

2. DESIGN

Next, we let the creative sparks fly as we design stationery that truly honors your story and style. Premium materials and perfect hues will be curated for your suite and carefully composed with refined typography and paper engineering. As we design your suite, we’ll help guide you through appropriate etiquette and navigate customs and traditions to make sure the wording perfectly captures your sentiments and the design in on-point.

3. MAKE

You’ll get to see a polished digital proof before we send your order off to press to make sure the text and design is on-point. Before we start production, we will also confirm quantities and specifications for print to ensure a smooth production process. As artisans, we believe the hundredth invitation should be treated with the same respect, accuracy and care as the first.

4. SHARE

Hot off the press,  you’ll receive a teaser photo of your stationery by email. Final payment for printing and shipping will be due at this time. Azure offers various delivery options and can ship your order to you anywhere in the world via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another courier of your choice. We also offer a concierge mailing service upon request along with custom designed postage.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How far in advance should I contact Azure about my stationery needs?

To give each of our clients the highest level of service, we take a limited number of orders per month. Please contact us as early as possible to ensure we’re able to schedule your design and production. For normal turnaround, we request at least 6-8 weeks for couture orders and 4-6 weeks for collection orders. However, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible, even if you don’t have the logistics or details of your event confirmed.

How long will it take to get my invitations?

The design phase typically takes 1-2 weeks to customize a pre-existing design from our collection and 3-12 weeks for couture. Production time varies from 4-8 weeks depending on quantity and complexity. Your quick approvals or feedback are necessary to ensure that we’re able to stay on schedule. Rush design and production service is available at an additional cost.

How much will my invitation cost?

Pricing differs by design complexity, components, materials, finishes and quantity. Because our stationery is unique to your event needs and personal style, we custom quote every order. Pricing for our pre-designed luxury collection starts at $1200 per 100 invitations. Pricing for couture invitations starts at $1800 per 100 invitations. Please contact us directly for an accurate quote.

How many rounds of revisions are included with my design?

Two rounds of revisions are included. We will not print your design without your emailed/written approval of the final digital proof.

Can you take care of addressing and mailing for me?

Azure offers conceirge mailing and custom postage (vintage curated or custom designed) for your convenience. Please inquire about additional fees.

What other design components do you offer?

We can create coordinated wedding day stationery like programs, menus, place cards, table numbers, favor tags, packaging and other essentials to create a cohesive look for your event. We can also create custom crests and monograms and wedding branding elements including luxe wedding web sites. We can create mood boards, color story, inspiration and design guides to help articulate your vision for the style of your wedding to all vendors you plan to have involved. We also offer stationery, packaging and branding and design for corporate events, galas, parties and boutique brands.

Bespoke wedding stationery, from concept to completion
For couture wedding stationery design, the possibilities are limitless and the embellishments endless. We’ll create a completely original design with your components,  print styles, finishes and accessories. Couples typically spend a minimum of $2000 for 100 invitations. However each each project is different and your custom quote will be based on design & style, components, materials, quantity & services required. Please contact us for a custom quote.
*We request at least 6-8 weeks for custom orders. Rush service is available for an additional fee under 3 weeks.

LUXURY COLLECTION
Any existing design is available to customize colors, sizes, type and components. Pricing for a customized pre-existing design starts at around $1200 for 100 invitations (including: envelope, invitation, reply envelope and RSVP card). More extensive suites based on existing design with additional enclosures, folios and pockets, add-on components, specialty printing, laser cutting,  guest addressing or with major design revisions can be quoted upon request.
*We request 4-6 weeks for turnaround from approval of your proof. Rush service is available for an additional fee under 3 weeks.
