A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
This is our opportunity to meet you and hear about your ideas and event during your complimentary consult with our creative director. You will get acquainted, talk about what moves & inspires you as well as specifics about the style of event, guest counts, papers & processes. Once we understand your needs and vision, we will provide a custom quote and contract for you to sign digitally. The design phase will begin as soon as a 50% deposit is received. We accept payment via Chase Quickpay, Check, Cash or Paypal.
Next, we let the creative sparks fly as we design your stationery. Every detail will be finessed to uncover a creative concept that truly honors your story and style. Luxe materials and colors will be curated for your suite and combined with gorgeous typography, handwritten calligraphy and paper engineering. And whether we’re tying multiple events together, incorporating interfaith elements, or working with traditional elements, we’ll guide you through appropriate etiquette as we design your suite.
You’ll get to see your perfected pieces before they’re sent to press. We’ll email you a final digital proof to review for wording and accuracy. Before we start production, we will also confirm quantities and specifications for print to be sure there are no unhappy surprises. As artisans, we believe the five hundredth invitation should be treated with the same respect, accuracy and care as the first. *Production time varies from 4-8 weeks depending on quantity and complexity.
After final quality checks, you’ll receive a teaser photo of your stationery. Final payment for printing and shipping will be due at this time. Azure offers various delivery options and can ship your order to you anywhere in the world via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another courier of your choice. We also offer a concierge mailing service upon request along with custom designed or curated postage design upon request.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Pricing differs by design complexity, components, materials, finishes and quantity. Because our stationery is unique to your event needs and personal style, we custom quote every order. Pricing for designs from the collection start at $10 per invitations. Pricing for couture invitations starts at $20 per invitation. Please contact us directly for an accurate quote.
To give each of our clients the highest level of service, we take a limited number of orders per month. Please contact us as early as possible to ensure we’re able to schedule your design and production. For normal turnaround, we request at least 6-8 weeks for couture orders and 4-6 weeks for collection orders. If you are limited on time, rush ordering is available by request from time to time. However, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible, even if you don’t have the logistics or details of your event confirmed.
We offer mailing and custom postage (vintage curated or custom designed) for your convenience. Please inquire about additional fees. We can also create coordinated wedding day stationery like monograms, programs, menus, place cards, table numbers, favor tags, packaging and other essentials to create a cohesive look for your event. And don’t forget thank you cards for all those who were a part of your big day!
